Referral Bonus Program

OVERVIEW

Earn $3,000 USD per referred customer.

Our ideal customer profile includes manufacturers involved in electric vehicles - passenger cars, buses, or even Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft as well as downstream battery manufacturing such as submodule, module, and pack production. Additionally, we are interested in companies that service batteries already deployed or installed in vehicles. We would love to connect with interested leaders in this industry (typically Director-level or Vice President-level). Below are the full terms of the referral program. Referral Company POC Position

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for the referral bonus, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Be a legal resident of the United States (U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen).

  • Provide a direct introduction to a decision-maker at the Director level or higher (e.g., Director, Vice President, or C-suite).

  • Ensure the introduction is for a battery-related manufacturer. Our ideal customer profile includes manufacturers for:

    • Electric passenger vehicles

    • Electric buses

    • Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft

    • Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

    • Battery recycling facilities

    • Downstream battery manufacturing (submodules, modules, and packs)

    • Battery servicing and maintenance companies

REFERRAL PROCESS

  1. Initial Contact: Prior to arranging a meeting, you must email us at referrals@allosense.com or contact your main Allosense point of contact (POC) to provide the details of your referral.

    • Please include: Company Name, Title, Location (city/state). Note that we currently work with U.S. companies. We may consider international companies, particularly in Europe, but they may have a higher probability of being dismissed.

  2. Verification: After the contact information is provided and prior to the meeting, Allosense will verify whether the referral qualifies as an acceptable lead. Only verified leads will be eligible for the referral bonus.

  3. Introduction: The referral must include a direct introduction via email, phone, or in-person meeting to a qualified decision-maker at the target company.

  4. Qualified Lead: The referred company must be a battery manufacturer that Allosense has not previously engaged with in meaningful discussions.

  5. Successful Deal: A deal is considered successful when a formal agreement is signed between Allosense and the referred company. This does not include a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). A successful deal must include a purchase of product, typically a battery tester.

BONUS PAYMENT

  • For contracts valued at $50,000 USD or more, the referral bonus is $3,000 USD.

  • If the contract value is below $50,000 USD, the referrer will receive 2% of the total contract value.

  • For contracts exceeding $100,000 USD, the referrer will receive an additional percentage equivalent to 1% of the total contract value, minus the initial $3,000 USD.

  • Payment will be made via Gusto. The referrer must register with Gusto to receive the payment.

  • The payment will be processed within 45 days after the contract is closed and the first payment (which must be above 10 times the award) is received from the referred company. If the first payment is below the 10x amount, then each subsequent deposit from the referred company will include 2% until the full award is paid. A 45-day delay will apply to each deposit.

  • The referral bonus only applies to the first contract with the referred company and covers the first 12 months of performance of that first contract. Recurring contracts are not considered, and only the first contract within a 12-month timeframe is calculated.

  • Track Record: Allosense has previously paid more than $30,000 in sales-related compensation.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Self-referrals are not eligible for the bonus.

  • If referring someone within your company, ensure that it does not violate your employment contract. If it does, the referral award will not be honored.

  • Referrals for companies that are already in active discussions with Allosense will not be eligible.

  • Only the first individual to make the introduction will be eligible for the bonus.

CONFIDENTIALITY

  • The referrer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the referral process.

  • Allosense will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

TAX LIABILITY

  • The referrer is responsible for any applicable taxes on the referral bonus.

  • Allosense may issue a 1099 form for the referral payment in accordance with U.S. tax laws.

MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

Allosense reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. However, any referrals made before the termination of the program will be honored if they meet the terms outlined in this document.
